  • Transfer certificate (TC) from previous school
  • Report card / marks sheet of last attended class
  • 4 recent passport-sized photographs of the child
  • Aadhaar card copy of the child
  • Aadhaar card copy of both parents
  • Address proof (ration card, utility bill, or rental agreement)
  • Caste certificate (if applicable)
